Dan makes his own pizza dough and uses traditional Neapolitan methods to create delicious pizzas. The pizzas are truly amazing, with the sourdough bases being particularly excellent - light, fluffy, and irresistible. The cheese made from rice milk was a great alternative to the typical coagulated oil texture of other vegan cheeses. The crust was also perfectly cooked, which can be difficult to master. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
