We decided to stop for lunch and needed to get some cash. Their EFTPOS and ATM were located downstairs. So, we drove to the Puma service station right in front of Mount Larcom, further down the road. There, we found excellent service, delicious food, and great facilities. View all feedback.

Be aware that, regardless of who you are, you'll immediately be viewed with suspicion when you visit this restaurant. The elderly owner or employee will trail you throughout the establishment until you leave! To make your experience more comfortable, it's best to declare your friendly intentions as soon as you walk in.
The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and has a fresh new vibe that most locals are likely aware of. However, I can't be the only one who's noticed a decline in service. Last month, I stood at the counter for seven minutes waiting for an employee to help me while I was at the front of the line. We could hear the staff chatting amongst themselves, and even called out several times without getting a response. Just tonight, the woman at the counter stared at me but refused to open the door or serve me from the window, despite the fact that I visit regularly. It's really disappointing to have such a negative experience when I'm a frequent customer.
We planned to stop for lunch and withdraw some cash, but their eftpos and ATM were not working. Instead, we headed to the PUMA Service Station just outside Mt. Larcom, further up the road. There, we experienced excellent service, delicious food, and great facilities.
We stopped in to buy some food at 7:35pm and use the toilet the toilets and store were exceptionally clean and tidy but the lady with blonde hair didn't seem very impressed that we were there with the kid's I was like she didn't want to be working there and came across ignorant and rude we didn't feel welcome when we left I said to her have a great night and she completely ignored us we will not be spending money at bp Gin Gin again

We stopped to grab a bite to eat around 7:35 and to use the restrooms. The facilities were exceptionally clean and tidy. However, the woman with blonde hair didn’t seem very pleased that we were there with a child. It felt as if she didn’t want to be there and exhibited a sense of ignorance and rudeness. We didn’t feel welcome at all, and when we left, I wished them a good night, but they completely ignored us.
