The manager was sitting on her phone, and only started getting our order ready after another employee pointed out that there was someone standing in the lobby. Ordered an 8 piece bucket. Was told they were out of white meat. I ended up with 2 thighs and 6 wings. The wings were so old they were like chicken jerky. They didn't give me the extra 4 biscuits I ordered. Absolute waste of money and horrible customer service. Don't bother ordering ahead thinking you will get fresh food, because they don't pay attention, you still get old food and still stand in there waiting on it.

As we were leaving the driveup.. an employee addressed us on the drive up speaker, saying we 're nearly out of food, so we can 't take any orders . ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE. NEVER VISITING AGAIN. Ik most of the ppl on her complaining would of walked out and left the store empty if put in his position. Good workers are nearly impossible to find. This guy deserves a medal.
