We love this Costa Vida location. Everyone is always so nice and efficient. We never had problems here. We were here on Saturday and Kamron and Kylie were both super friendly. It's nice to have people with a sense of humor that don't care to push you through the line. We loved that. The food was delicious as usual. They were recently rebuilt and the place looks fantastic! What Jeffery Holder doesn't like about Costa Vida:
I can't belive how small the portion sizes are now. It's a fraction of what it use to be. A TINY scoop of rice and beans and half filled enchiladas is what you get for 13 bucks. It looked like a dine in customer didnt finish their food so they repackaged it and sold it to carry out customers. Will never come back to this location. I am still in shock what a rip off it was. My man went to order a few minutes after 20 o'clock. they close at 8 o'clock and he knew. the employees were so friendly and allowed him to order even though they were technically closed. the staff was very polite. kudos to the crew who works today! (4.20.22)
We go to Costa Vida several times a month. I love the salads, burritos, and especially the nachos. I have noticed as of late that the salad dressing is more “watered down”. Still tastes great but not as thick as other competitors
Awesome food, nice employees who don't mess up orders, and a cozy place. I've eaten here several times, and not once was the food bad, or my order messed up.
Usually I prefer the Clinton Costa Vida over the other locations in Davis county, however, yesterday I was sorely disappointed. I ordered a burrito and nachos via the app and had my husband go pick it up. When I opened up the bag this is what my nachos looked like- I took all of the top nachos off and that left only 1/4th cup of the bottom nachos, and 1/4th cup sweet pork and pinto beans that I could eat. I understand they are understaffed but this is unacceptable. I don’t understand how someone would think that this is edible. This should have been remade- especially since I could only eat MAYBE $2 worth of this over $9 meal.
Apparently Costa doesn't know how to make freaking buritos any more??!! This is the smallest burito I have ever seen come out of here. I complained about it and they told me tortilla sizes vary?? Are you kidding me? The person making it put hardly anything on it didn't even fold it all the way. Train better. I expect better. Extremely disappointed especially when a customer complains and you blame it on the tortilla size? AND they didn't even drain the Pico so my burito was freaking WET!!
