The food is decent at this restaurant, but I have a problem with the prices quoted at the drive-thru. Multiple times, I have been given one price when ordering, only to be told a higher price at the window. This happened again this morning with my husband. I had this food door dashed when it arrived my chicken was in fact burnt as well as the new biscuits I order the new southern biscuit) my green beans tasted as I they had sat in a bowl of salt all day and rice was extremely dry I spent over $80 on a meal I have made several attempts to call only to be told no manager is employed there to assist me... Extremely rude staff never again !
Eating is always good, but who knows if they ever get what they ordered. the consistently long waiting times and the order entries make it.
