I ordered a McDouble without cheese as a special request since it was for my dog, and I didn't want cheese all over my car. However, the new cashier struggled with processing the order and didn't communicate my request to anyone. As a result, the burger came with cheese. Overall, it was a frustrating visit. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the U.S. The so-called manager, Vincent, is unprofessional and rude, and he really doesn't belong in a customer service role. Perhaps he would be better suited for a position in sanitation. The other employees are equally inept—they couldn't get a single order correct. It's clear that they lack professionalism. I advise you to check your orders carefully if you decide to go here.
This location is truly disappointing, managed by some of the most immature individuals I’ve encountered. The staff was excessively rude and condescending, which, believe it or not, could be considered their better traits. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here. It felt like I had walked into one of those intentionally rude restaurants that try to be humorous, except this was a McDonald's, and it was anything but funny.
There was no staff present at the front, so when the kiosk malfunctioned, we eventually had to shout for assistance. The Big Mac was excellent, but my order of nuggets and fries was lukewarm and lacking in flavor. We ordered and paid for a milkshake, only to be informed afterward that they were out of milkshakes. When we requested a refund, the manager went to great lengths to avoid processing it. We had to wait a long time, but ultimately received the refund because we stood our ground. I love McDonald's, but I would recommend avoiding this location.
Manager was hollering at employee on the floor in front of other employees and customers because the employee was supposed to got off at 7 and he was trying to leave at 7:17 and she said he needed to wait untill she let him off, that he couldn't justleave because of what his schedule said. Bad management maybe the reason they can't keep employees. When I use to pick someoneup from work there they was never let off at their scheduled time and I would be waiting 20 minutes or more at times
Stopped by this location for breakfast on our trip to NC. Dined in. Was dangerous walking throughout the restaurant as the cleanup man was mopping the floors. It was similar to ice-skating. Mopping shouldn't be permitted during busy hours unless it'sto clean up a spill. Food was cold to luke warm. Had to ask several times for utensils, condiments, and cups. Had to order usingthe self help option but no table placards were available to mark on our order. Giving 2 stars for the employees who did show upto work. Had stopped at the McDonald's in Chapin earlier and got turned away because only 1 employee, the manager, showed up towork and was trying to run the entire operation.
