The food was simply delightful, earning a perfect score of 5. The Chicken Parmigiana served with pasta was especially delicious and is a must-try. The service was exemplary, also receiving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere of the place was equally impressive, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

However, I had to repeatedly ask for a straw with my drinks, as the staff forgot to provide one. When my meal arrived, it was not the pasta I had been told I would receive. The chicken was disappointing—bland and lacking flavor. Another person at our table also left their chicken uneaten because it was so rubbery, as if it had been overcooked frozen chicken. The entire dish suffered from a lack of taste, which was surprising given the pleasant atmosphere and prices that suggested a higher quality meal. With our large group, there was some confusion with the food orders at first. We were waiting for a few members to arrive before ordering, but the server could have started taking orders from those already at the table. The bread served was cold—warm bread would have been much better—and the cheese offered with olive oil lacked a strong flavor. A balsamic option would also have complemented the bread nicely. In summary, while the atmosphere was great, I was not impressed with the food or service. The second dish I ordered, which I thought would be the long fusilli, also turned out to be disappointing. Overall, I would rate my experience as not very favorable. #notafan

This place is popular! It was very busy and 30 minute wait time. I didn't mind the wait. Service is great and enjoyable atmosphere! And you better know the food is delicious!
