I called this afternoon to place a large order for a friend who recently lost her partner. I wanted to send food to her and her family. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful in suggesting which dishes to send. I was told that the food was delivered beautifully and hot. I was also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend Villa Roma to everyone! View all feedback.

I had a party at my house with four year-olds. I placed a great order with this restaurant, but when I called to check on it, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, I didn't receive my food until 45 minutes later, causing my child's party to be ruined. When I complained, they simply hung up the phone. View all feedback.
Out! the hell was hard like a rock in the chicken stable. the customer service is awesome. I wasn't looking for a refund or a business loan I wanted them to know that this was not suitable for human consumption. instead of doing the right thing, the worker wanted me to know how he can't control chicken prices and how he's been there for 20 plus years and how maybe it's the broth time of the cut and how to order next time grilled chicken. you were happy! So it's my fault that that was the old and hard!? next time just treat the complaining without telling the customer what they should have done!? what?? never again. please do you like one and skip this place. I want to tell them that they all make my friends and friends leave this place! * called the slic app and they have refunded my money. after this experience I will never order from here again.
Very rude people who own this place. We ordered a pizza that came brown/burned/well done (whatever you wanna call it, it wasn’t appetizing We went back to get it replaced and also get one more pie and they argued saying it was fine and we had come back to take advantage of the 2 for 20. There are countless pizza options in the area, no need to be disrespected by toxic people. This is not the first instance but we have had enough. The folks working at Villa Roma have always been like this disrespectful, antsy when taking an order , and argumentative. We are DONE with them
First time eating their pizza… the Three Cheese was Superb. One-of the best Pizza i tasted. definitely coming back for more…

The guy behind the counter is so beyond rude. Impersonable, cold, and doesn’t put the customer first by any means. I’ve been going here for a long time, and when I got charged differently for the same order I’ve been purchasing for years, the guy said “it’s always been like that, if you don’t like it you don’t have to come back.” What used to be a friendly pizzeria has now turned into a hostile place with bad attitudes. This industry isn’t for you if you’re going to be so quick to fight with customers.
