Driving home from ACNJ family visit on the Garden State ParkingLotWay. Hungry for a late lunch, I searched Google Maps for a stop. Schnitzel Express is about a mile off the GSP, with lots of parking and several outdoor tables. Jen ordered while I walked Koji. We wanted just meat and vegetables, so split chicken and beef kebab, tasty and tender. The salads were fresh and crisp and delicious. View all feedback.

Probably the best place ive tried in the area for Chicken Shawarma . Hummus is also decent. The chicken has a really good marinade , lots of flavor and juicy. Well prepared. Yellow rice also comes with the dish, nice and flavorful. Hot sauce and white sauce adds a nice hint. Salad choices are on point. Spicy carrots, sweet carrots w corn. Sour cabbage, Purple Cabbage. Honestly, this is hands down one of the best places for Mediterranean food. Nowhere else, and I mean nowhere, compares to the flavor and portion sizes you receive here. Additionally, all of their salad sides are fantastic and make the perfect complement to any dish.
This hidden gem offers fresh, made-to-order dishes that showcase authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. Highly recommended!

Seriously so so freaking good. Get the shawarma pita wrap fully loaded and you’ll be so happy.
