Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I believe Red Robin's French fries are the best around. They are not only crispy but also quite large. The fries are made fresh right at Red Robin. I enjoy them with tomato ketchup. Additionally, I think Red Robin's chicken strips are outstanding. They taste fantastic, and my favorite dipping sauce for them is the grill sauce.

After catching a movie, I decided to treat myself to lunch and I'm so glad I chose Red Robin on Route 3. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive. Everything I ordered—cheeseburger, wings, and fries—was delicious. The staff even checked in to ask if I wanted refills on my fries and drink.

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. My meal was served quickly and nicely presented. I ordered a Guac Bacon Burger and garlic fries. While the fries seemed carelessly tossed onto the plate, the overall taste of the meal was enjoyable. However, we had to wait 10-15 minutes just to get a fork, which led me to eventually have to ask someone for one. It took two of us to request this simple utensil. I also had to chase down the waiter as he headed to the kitchen to ask for a drink refill since he never came around to check on our drinks or food. When I used the kiosk at the table to place an order, the waiter finally asked if everything was okay, but that felt a bit too late. Additionally, the kiosk didn’t provide a receipt, even though I had asked for one.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, quick, and created a wonderful atmosphere. Everything we tried—the burgers, shakes, salad, and wings—was delicious. We didn’t have to wait long for anything either. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, and I’m so glad I did. The manager was exceptionally kind to our table, giving my baby nephew a balloon and frequently checking in to see if we needed anything. The entire staff, including the cook, sang "Happy Birthday" to my daughter, which brought a tear to my eye and really made her day special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be returning!
