I think Red Robin hits the mark the burgers are always tasty the quality quantity of the food is spot on and I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. Onion rings are delicious! Best desert is the donuts that come with chocolate or caramel dipping sauces best desert EVER!! The food quality at this restaurant has declined since my last visit a few years ago. The burger bun was changed and now it is soft but dry, lacking in flavor. It seems like they are trying to cut costs, but it is impacting the overall taste of the food. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. View all feedback.
He stopped repairing our red robin. we all lost our sides on long island. So we'll go if we can. That was nice. the bathroom smells clean, but there was a strong smell of water inside and outside. meal was good and server were attentive. food: 4/5

We decided to eat cash, which is a mistake. the bartender had the personality of a parking bench. more interest in his phone and then eat the guests he should take care of. he asked about mine, and told me someone's bringing them. I worked for 20 years in the restaurant industry. red robin makes it better.
We sat at the bar and the bartender made what was a pleasant atmosphere a nightmare with his condescending attitude. We ordered bottomless flavored lemonade and he agreed it was bottomless. We noticed a special on the cardboard and went to order it and was told it was one order per table. I said we had two tables then and he said no you can have two checks but this is one table because that's how I have it setup, pointing to the computer screen, the other table is down the bar. I said okay and my daughter said you get the special, I ordered a burger and he began to explain it comes with bottomless fries and he would give me a water since I have a drink that's not included in the special. When asked why he said because its a specialty drink that I had and said if you looked at the menu right here it says that,holding the menu open in my face. Then continued his rant by stating that the small print on the flyer states to ask the server for details and if I would have read that then I would have understood. After telling him not so nicely, that he could kiss where I was sitting and that I really don't need his wife attitude he continued to tell me about the drink I said I wanted to order from the regular menu and he still kept ranting. I said I don't want to hear your opinion on this I don't want to hear that. He sucked his teeth and walked away. After waiting 30 minutes and never receiving our food we paid for our short stack and lemonade 18 bucks took our disappointed shelves out of this horrible environment. I love Red Robin chain and find this incident unfortunate because it will be a while before I return.
