Always missing items, beef when I ask for chicken. Never includes sauces. Not worth ordering, better off picking up.
Both of our grilled cheese burritos came without any of the requested optional fillings. Just a tortilla filled with refried beans. Totally dissatisfied.
There were missing items once again, which seems to be a regular occurrence. I typically order an extra taco or two, anticipating that at least one item will be forgotten. The tacos arrived greasy and overly wet, while the drier sections of the tortillas were stale.
Average experience overall. The restaurant could improve by managing portion sizes more effectively. I've noticed that the burritos vary in size, which is a common issue at Taco Bell during peak times. Their hours can be a bit unusual, but you can typically expect fresh ingredients as long as you visit before it gets too late.

The Nachos Bell Grande weren’t included, the quesadilla was undercooked, and the Cheesy Gordita Crunch had hardly any meat and no sauce at all. To top it off, I received a Post-it note indicating that there were missing items in the Rolled Chicken Tacos Deluxe Box.
