Terrible experience! My daughter and grandchildren were up visiting from Florida and we wanted to take them out for a nice, quality meal and received the complete opposite at DelMonicos. The food came out wrong for two out of the five meals. Waitress did not apologize and was smug. Chris the manager and his team were very accommodating! the filet was prepared as requested medium and the greens were excellent!
Tried Clifton Park Version. Kleiner als Albany aber ok
We have not set ourselves to our reservation time by 45min. server was terrible. she only commanded one of our three correctly. children's pizza was badly burned so they had to make another one. wife ordered burger without cheese no speck. it came with both. sent back and 2 minutes later another came out. it was hardly warm, so where did they get it? server never asked if we wanted more drinks. my drink sat for last 3/4 empty when our meal. very disappointing night to eat at one of our favorite places.
The food here is great, anything you order you will not be displeased. I would recommend!!
Delmonico's never disappoints. Our family has been celebrating special occasions there for years (birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and we usually bring company. We also occasionally enjoy a nice dinner out on occasion. Always a pleasure and memorable experience.
