I have visited this restaurant twice and both times I had excellent sandwiches. The salad I tried last time was pretty good as well. I appreciate the fact that customers can customize their orders, similar to a sub shop. My only critique is that I initially passed by the restaurant the first time because it was dark and the sign was not lit. However, mistakes happen. Sign on door said closes 8 pm so at 6:45 I thought it was ok but no I got the revenge sandwich they were done for the day I would rather have them say they were closed instead of super rude service never me or my family will ever use this location again ants on counter to top it off

The sandwich maker did a very good job. Quicker than most of them that I've ever seen. The only thing is my service dog got a little sick I asked for paper towels she gave them to me so I can clean it up. Which I get my dog my mess but it would have been nice since I was on my way out with food , if she would offered. It was just basically liquid One swipe of paper towels and it was up. My poor baby had blood drawn and hit it had food in 24 hours she just had a little water in my car. But she was still friendly and very good at her job and I would definitely go back there again out of all the subways that has been my best experience. And I used to mystery shop.
Management takes tips. Pretty sure thats illegal. Out of ones, couldnt give change, I had a 50 stack of singles, they refused to make their life easy and take them as change, mgmt wanted to go to bank. Left young girl alone working the counter, while she went to the bank to get change, in the middle of the lunch rush. Bathroom was dirty. Garbage overflowing.I was under the impression salary manager employees could not split tips with tipped minimum wage employees.Also out of diet syrup, girl could not refund me bc management was gone and she didnt have full access to register. Also since when does everyone have ear buds in while they are working? Manager and counter girl. Weird
Grumpy staff (just 1 of them) kinda made the whole experience unpleasant. Food was average.
