Now, let's talk about the food... mmmmm, the food! I'm a big fan of the sandwich-like appeal of the arepas, but my favorite has to be the Cachapas. They taste like sweet corn bread but are more like pancakes. They're also easy for my little guy to eat, even if he prefers his food deconstructed.
