I had to wait a long time f... read more The staff at this restaurant were a bit rude, as evident from their responses to reviews. They clearly lack customer service skills. I had to wait a long time for my bubble tea, even though the store wasn't busy. I requested light ice but ended up with a lot of ice instead. The Icy Point place next door is much nicer, with a better attitude overall.

The food is still tasty, but I've noticed that the shrimp are noticeably smaller and the overall quality isn't what it used to be. I believe it deserves 4 stars. Please bring back the better shrimp!
