Michaels New York Style Pizza

I had pepperoni pizza. The food was delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Several friends and I had a nice relaxing lunch. I would definitely go there again.

I give Michael's ZERO stars(had to pick a star to post this but they deserve NONE, in my opinion)because I have been going there for 3 years now and have always enjoyed the food and services but on 8-2-2023 I ordered 2 salads and a cheesy bread to go and was unable to eat it, so I saved it for lunch the next day. When I took the first bite I almost pucked because it was bad. The tomatoes were rotten, the cheese was bad and the lettuce was turning brown. I called and spoke to someone about the situation and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't call the day before. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and had horrible customer service. All I wanted was an exchange. I think anyone that pays over $10 for a salad, that is rotten, should have the right to receive an exchange or their money back. I'm very discussed and absolutely unsatisfied with the way I was treated and will NEVER step foot back in this restaurant.

Great food the waitresses there are DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!!!!!
