Dairy Queen - Clifton Forge

I was under the impression a spicy chicken sandwich was a patty, not individual chicken strips with flamethrower sauce. Do better!

We enjoy taking our Grandson there for a meal and ice-cream. Quite and peaceful place.

5 of us went in at 7:45 pm for ice cream only. they already had the section blocked off for large parties so we had to sit at multiple tables. the cashier was asked why and we were told that section had already been cleaned for the last time that night.Other customers came in as we were ordering and had to do the same and then there was no room to sit down so another customerwent over and sat down at the cleaned section . When they left one of the employees came around and slammed the chairs into thetable. I had two of my younger grandchildren with me that night and I 'm not happy with the way this employee was acting. Whywould you close off a section 2 hours before you close? If your going to do so then at least be curtious if you have to reopenit because a lot of customers come in at one time and there 's no place to sit but there. This is the second time this hashappened here and when we asked at the previous visit if we could sit there anyway we were told I guess so even though it 'salready been cleaned. The person that owns this DQ in Clifton Forge, VA needs to have some customer service training with theiremployees or if you have cameras in the facility look in the vacinity of 7:45 pm on 10/8/22. you will see how your employees actin front of PAYING customers.

The food was good . But very hot when I bit into hotdog. Service was wonderful. Friendly.

Always a favorite stop for motorcycle driving in this area. Great, friendly service and the best ice cream round!
