My experience from start to finish was excellent. The food was delicious, and the staff paid great attention to detail while being super friendly. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside was the Manchego cheese plate, which didn't taste or feel like Manchego to me; it might just be a variation I’m not familiar with. This spot is perfect for a date night or having drinks with friends. I will definitely be back!
Bodegón is a Spanish restaurant that highlights the cuisine of Galicia. Situated in the heart of Cliffside Park, it pays tribute to a traditional Galician tavern style known as a 'Bodegón.' Chef Alex Piñeiro has crafted a menu filled with regional favorites that celebrate his family heritage and one of Spain's lesser-known regions. The dishes are meant to be shared and enjoyed with friends and loved ones.
The tapas were absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the seafood, especially the scallops, octopus, and anchovies. Don't miss the cremini mushroom croquettes—they're fantastic! We sat outside to enjoy the lovely weather, but I definitely want to return to experience the indoor dining and bar area.
Really high end Tapas restaurant from a chef who worked at some the best Tapas place in NYC…..everything was delicious very lucky to have something like this in Bergen county!
