Starbucks - Feedback

What m j doesn't like about Starbucks:
My mother took my daughter here to get a cake pop while there a boy (i say boy because a man wouldn’t act this way) decided he was going to use the F word in front of my 10 year old out loud and the lack of discipline on the management end is sad. I moved here from you don’t want to know where. I’ve been to many Starbucks around the country. And it’s not because I’m a fan, my gf is. She always orders mobile pick up.
