Papa John's Pizza - Cleveland

I entered the restaurant and noticed that their health inspection score was missing; the paper displayed was completely blank. When I asked the manager about it and why they were showing a blank paper, his exact response was that the score and letters had baked off in the sun. This was by far the most ridiculous explanation I've ever heard. I will never eat here again, and I reported them to the health department.

I ordered a large cheese pizza with two garlic butter sauces, but after a two-hour wait, I received a cold pizza in a soggy box and only one garlic butter sauce, which was sadly spilled. This isn’t my first negative experience here. At least this time it didn’t take three and a half hours to get my pizza. Thank you for that.

I made a mistake with my pizza order on the app, but when I returned with a positive attitude and explained that it was my error, the staff kindly made me a new pizza for free! The team here really works hard, and I've never had a bad experience, which is why I keep coming back. I wanted to express my appreciation for their efforts. Customer service is not an easy job, especially these days when so many people are quick to complain and point fingers. Michael was the manager on duty that night, and his staff was exceptional. Thank you once again, Papa John's!

The staff is very friendly and gave great service. However the food was beyond subpar, the pizza ordered well done and NY style so it would be thin crust was mushy and not cooked enough. I'll Def give them another chance thanks to the great staff but wowsome sad sad pizza

Called and placed an order. The total amount was $19 plus tax. The amount charged was $34. Tax and delivery fee shouldn?t ever be $15 on a $20 order. I called to complain and she said there was a $5 delivery charge. I said that still doesn?t add up to $34dollars and to her I wanted a refund. She hung up on me. I called back, asked for a manager, she said none was available and shehung up on me again. The third time I called I asked her why she kept hanging up on me and she said because they were busy.Third times a charm I guess and I got my refund, but way to lose a customer for life.
