Oh my goodness Ronnie Hamilton with bighawgh n frens did an outstanding job at our Bayou Academy Class of 1973 reunion last Friday night. The food was fantastic as was the service we received. Ronnie and side kick Sharon Burchfield did a wonderful andvery professional job. They set everything up and came back and retrieved everything when we were done. Ronnie and crew fixed an awesome meal for our grandson's shipping out party. Everything was great from the whole hog down to the tater salad and so easy on us. Ronnie meet with us and helped with menu, prepared feast, served and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Big Hawgh!
The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the pulled pork puffs and that amazing BBQ sauce! The service was fantastic, and the presentation was stunning! I can't thank you enough and will definitely recommend you to all my friends! You played a big part in making my daughter's wedding reception a huge success.
We hired Big Hawgh to cater our awards banquet, and the food was simply incredible! Not a single person had any complaints. We had the ribs and the yardbird, and the chicken was incredibly moist while the ribs were absolutely perfect! The coleslaw was unlike any I’ve ever tasted before, and several guests were eager to get the recipe! The service was top-notch as well. I would give them a five-star rating, but I wish there were a thousand stars to choose from! If you haven't tried Big Hawgh's food yet, you're truly missing out!
