Most of the time, dining here is a pleasant experience. However, each time is never quite the same, but it’s generally edible. The real issue lies with the service. We've been frequenting this establishment for years primarily because of its close proximity to our home, and we keep giving them chances to improve. Unfortunately, our last four orders have been incorrect in one way or another—either something is missing or we receive items we didn't order. It’s frustrating because there seems to be no acknowledgment of these errors. I was ready to give up after the second time, but my partner is more patient than I am. However, I think he’s finally beginning to see the light! We hope to see a return to the quality service we used to enjoy here, the kind that you used to promote so lovingly in your restaurant.

To make matters worse, the bar manager was incredibly rude and her behavior was unacceptable. When our food finally arrived, it was burnt and cold. We ended up paying for food we couldn't even eat, and the only way to get a refund was to call multiple times and argue with the owner. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We have been loyal customers of this establishment for years, primarily because it’s conveniently located near our home, which is why we keep giving them chances to improve. Unfortunately, the last four orders have all had mistakes, whether it’s missing items or receiving things we didn’t even order. The receipt that came in the bag was not itemized, making it impossible to tell what we were actually charged for. I was ready to give up after the second time, but my husband has been more patient. However, I think he's finally reached his limit! Come on, Airport, let’s bring back the quality service we used to enjoy—and that you often promote in your restaurant.

The only way we were able to get a refund was by making several calls and arguing with the owner. This is simply not how a business should operate.
