Junior Poon Chinese Restaurant Wine Bar

We booked a table here for two, however on arrival we could not enter the restaurant due to there being two sets of stairs. My wife is disabled and cannot do stairs, there is NO DISABLED access to the dining area. These doors are only opened in the summer months we were then told, so if you are not able to do stairs do not bother visiting restaurant, we asked a member of staff on the phone from outside the restaurant, if there was access, he said no, not until the summer. The alleyway access is also the smoking area, so if you do manage the stairs, you will need to walk through a stinky alleyway stairwell lobby to access the restaurant. We shall not be returning here, it did us a favour in the end, as we found a brilliant restaurant in Weston, with access and friendly staff. Obviously you can visit here and take your chances, the choice is yours. BUT IT 'S 2022 AND THERE IS NO DISABLED ACCESS AND THEY DO NOT CARE. If it was possible to give no stars, we would of. My wife obviously complained to the restaurant, and they emailed her back saying all of the issues with access are explained on our website well guess what? They are not, so, be warned.

Amazing food as ever, not greasy in the slightest and great flavours. Customer service was excellent by everyone
