The burger was big and very good. Fries were very good as well.

The food was 4 out of 10. Service was very slow. The guy who served us (tall,blond guy) was rude, arrogant, even disrecpectful. Such people should not work in t... read more The food was 4 out of 10. Service was very slow. The guy who served us (tall,blond guy) was rude, arrogant, even disrecpectful. Such people should not work in the service sector really. All in all, it was a bad experience and I will not visit this rest again, and would not recommend to anyone.

We waited over an hour and a half for our food and watched people who showed up half an hour after us get served. When we asked they just said it would be out. They weren’t that busy. No apologies. Nothing. Afterwards, some of the staff was seen laughing at how an order could be missed and there was nothing they could do. This exchange was insult to injury. Otherwise, the food was subpar. It was not worth the wait.

Stuff seemed to be in training or so. They were very polite, however they messed up our order three times (we had ordered three burgers). Once they gave our order to the table next to us instead of us. Then, when they delivered the order to us, one burger was delivered with the wrong side, not what we had asked for. We told them, and they changed it. We started eating and found out that the patties of the burgers were mixed up too (I was given the raw once while had ordered medium to well done, and my partner had the medium to well done one while he had ordered rare). The burger itself though (Italian) was tasty, and the portion quite big with some salad and corn served also on the side. All in all, good food, and polite stuff, unfortunately though too many mistakes. I feel they could have offered a dessert on the house, or something like this to compensate for all the mess ups.
