I called to tell them that and they said they will check and call me back. Never called back. I emailed them and 2 days later still no reply!

We were seated and waited for 10m... read more This is a review of the food/service at the restaurant (more precisely the 'library ' where they serve lunch). Where to start. We were seated and waited for 10minutes to get a menu, which I eventually picked up from the bar myself. The service is slow and staff not very attentive. Food is very far from 5star hotel experience. My wife ordered a beef tagliatelle but when it arrived, the beef was almost completely raw. We decided to leave it and told the staff that it is too raw but were charged for it anyway. The cold food platter was decent but olives not the freshest (definitely not worth 30eur). What annoyed us most was how we were left sitting for 20 minutes after we got the desert menu with no staf coming back to take the order. The manager passed by few times serving others and ignoring us completely (it was not a rush hour and not that busy) so I just went to the bar, paid and we left. The worst ca 130 EUR spent ever. No need to say, we will not be coming back.
