Freshness of products, cooking mastery, seasoning. It is not very large kitchen but really very good kitchen. widely enough to spend a very good time with friends or family. (a dish, a dessert, a glass of wine, per person and 2 coffees) I think that for this price there is better in Clermont-Ferrand, without regret.

Th... read more Locally sourced ingredients, well executed cooking and friendly staff, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you happen to stay in Clermont-Ferrand. The dishes are well portioned, made with fresh and tasty ingredients (some from the garden of the father's chef apparently) and naturally varies according to the season. The place is relatively plainly decorated but pleasant and welcoming. The prices are fair given the quality of the dishes and the level of service provided. We actually went there twice during a three day stay in the city, so were definitely satisfied and felt very welcomed. The only thing I would suggest the restaurant to consider is ensuring that the wine bottles are stored at the right temperature. They seem stored at room temperature so the wine end up being too warm.

As we ate our first meal we just knew we wante... read more We chanced upon this little restaurant I am so glad we did. It was the highlight of our stay in Clermont-Ferrand. As we ate our first meal we just knew we wanted to come back the next day (our last). We savoured every mouthful of every course neither of us could pick a favourite as they were all excellent. The chef is a genius the waitress, Monika, is a delight. She was bubbly helpful, letting us try our French speaking speaking back to us in French. The wine was equally superbe we followed Monika's recommendations when choosing. The atmosphere was relaxed friendly. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about this little gem of a restaurant except to say that is hundreds of miles away from our home. I hope we return to Clermont- Ferrand again so that we can eat some more of their wonderful food.
