we chose the rib of beef of dirty breed , cooked on the point gril with fries and salad garnish, served with a sauce of auvergne blue ( 1 kilo m/m ) very tender and very good. A rib for 2 people is almost too much. suitable for 3 (we are big eaters). Even if the framework does not pay for a mine, the traditional meal is of high quality for a relatively small budget price! I recommend it!!!
