Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Clermont

Service might be better, waiting is long and is a fast food. Staff must be more friendly to their customers. I love Popeyes spicy chicken breast, that's the only reason I'm going on.

Extremely slow service. Every time I went there, I'm wasting my whole lunch break. 15min wait in a ride thru with 1 maybe 2 cars in front of me, then 10-15 more minutes just to get the food. It's ridiculous. I left the drive several times because they took a long time, but the line is not secured. This is the next restaurant for me in my lunch break, except the subway, but I continue 5min to go to McDonald 's. I was asked to move forward and wait twice there, but both opportunities took less time than waiting in Popeyes line, and they gave me a free sandwich card for a waiting period. In my opinion, this Pope does not believe in a fast service. They do not consider their customers time, and they do not care to use their customers properly. I avoid giving this exact facility my money until I exhausted the rest of the surrounding restaurants in my area. The truth remains, they are extremely slow and do not worry about moving a bit faster.

This place is unorganized. A man did all the work. There was a woman on the ride, but she was frustrated just because I asked for the price of an article. What was not listed on the outside board. But the man took over. Anyway, I had planned to dive, but the doors were closed. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. It forced me to sit in my car and order. That got the order longer. I understand that there may be a lack of employees, but... keep him busy and move the others.

I went here and asked for a 3 piece combo with mash potatoes. I didn't know till after we left the girl instead gave me old macaroni and cheese. The cheese was excessive like it was precooked and it was not there usual and nasty. They did not give me what I ordered. The biscuit was not all The way baked. I will not buy at this location again.

I visited on 6/6/22 and first the cashier seems like she didn?t even want to be there. I presented a cupon from the app for a 14 pieces and 2 large complements and she gave me 10 pieces and one complement. I had to show her the cupon description to get the other complement. As for the 4 missing pieces I guess that?s there win as I didn?t counted the pieces at the store. Must likely won?t come back anytime soon.
