I doordashed food and at first it was supposed to be 30 minutes but it came like 2 hours after I ordered it. Not only that the food was really cold and one of my wings were red in the inside like blood red and it was probably expired. Would NEVER order from here again. Unable to order in person at store. Not everyone uses credit cards, online pay apps and such. Guess cash is useless in big cities
Ordered 16 wings which includes curly fries and ranch. Did not get fries, only wings with blue cheese. Wife called twice to get it fixed and server acted like she had no idea fries were included online. Really sad how average the food was and how poor service is. Chili's might want to get them out of their restaurant.
The food is ALWAYS amazing. My only request is when they are doing delivery orders if they could seal the bags tightly.
