This is a scam... the chicken superfood salad bowl was a dry bagged salad mix with a processed canned chicken topping that they warmed up. For over $10. The Wings were 4 or 5 crusty pieces of popcorn chicken nuggets, with no sauce. It was so bad it was almost comical. They market this as healthy eating, but it is a rip off. Do not eat here, do not waste your money. Publix has better food.

Love the bowls. Regularly do the frozen ready to take meals and they are the best quality I have come across. We do the meal planning as well and same experience good quality, good flavor, low calories but still filling. Meal planning has also been the best around for us especially when it comes to variety.

Be prepared for disappointment with this place!! Make sure you call it in or order online. THEY ARE TRASH FOR WALK IN BUSINESS!! You will wait 30 minutes for the incorrect order as all the kids play and joke in the back. UPDATE! CALLING IT IN DOESN'T HELP! Its 12:25 and I just got my order that had a 11:45 pick up. 40 MINUTE WAIT ON A PICK UP ORDER!!???? This place is ridiculous and I wont spend another cent there!!!

I?ve been using their premade meal prep for 3 weeks now and it?s been awesome. The meals are different every week and are pretty good. I like the variety, rather than eating the same chicken, rice and broccoli that i would make every week. The prices are reasonable and the macros are listed on each meal to help if you are counting specially. The meals are frozen, which I like because they last longer. Definitely recommend.

I'm from Washington state visiting family and needed a healthy option to get away from the everyday fried food. I will say this place didn't disappoint! We had the bang bang shrimp wrap and the Buffalo chicken wrap. Both had great flavor, fresh greens and the sides(mac) went well with everything. Definitely will be back during our time here and will recommend to family and friends. ??
