What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
On WOW! This place has changed so much! It was absolutely freezing here today! It's 52 degrees outside and they have the air conditioning running full. A very unpleasant experience. The food was cold in a few minutes and we couldn't even eat half of it. The waiting staff was very apologetic, but they couldn't do anything about it. Awesomefood, our waitress, Shannon, was amazing. We went out of the central location and drove 40 minutes extra. It was worth the ride. Central must take lessons from Seneca.
I asked for extra dark waffles and they were just barely cooked. I like for all food to be served together. Instead, my eggs were brought to me several minutes before I got waffle. Coffee was not hot and creamers were spoiled. Waitress was not very friendly. This was worst experience I've ever had at a waffle house.
Did not get what I paid for and went back that evening and they were unable to help. Said I went have to come back next day. Didn't have time so never got money back or food remade. They should be able to make things right anytime.

Great experience as always. Even during the Saturday morning rush, we received our food hot and cooked as ordered. The morning cooks here could train many of Waffel House cooks around the area. Really looking forward to our next visit.
