Just ok! The location is great but traffic most of the time! Space inside is limited! A weird incident happened today! I ordered the traveler coffee for a meeting I have, what I got was just water!!!! They did issue a refund, but they didn?t explain how ithappened and they were not even sorry for it!!!!
I ordered a custom specialty drink and it was prepared badly. I'm sure the standard drinks would be fine. The service at this Starbucks was good.
Today at 1:11 there was a lady in the drive thru. She was such a doll!! She deserves a raise or something! She has blonde hair (I didnt get her name and she was so so sweet!! Also the drink was incredible and the cake pop was soooo good!!
I ALWAYS love the friendly employees at this location!! They are so nice and helpful and I leave every time with a smile on my face!
The service as usual was inattentive and slow. I ordered an impossible sausage sandwich asking first if they still had the sandwich in stock. The clerk said they did. After paying I was informed by a different barista they were out. The clerk who tookmy order walked away and I switched my order to a sausage breakfast sandwich which is cheaper. Nothing was done to bridge thegap in price. I also ordered a drip coffee which took 10 minutes to fulfill. While the staff were never rude, they are veryapathetic to any customer experience.
