I don't eat out often, but I recently visited Ruby Tuesday, and I had an excellent experience thanks to my waitress, Danielle. She was fantastic—my drink was constantly refilled, and she checked in on me regularly to ensure I was doing okay. The manager, Mike, also impressed me; he seemed like a really great guy, especially in the way he treated his employees during my short visit. I definitely plan to dine there more often! Thank you, Danielle and Mike, for providing such a wonderful dining experience. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!
I visit this place every week, and it’s absolutely fantastic! I can't comprehend the overall rating because it doesn't reflect just how wonderful the dining experience is here. Make sure to try the steak!
Recently visited with my husband and had a great experience. Janaye was our bartender and she was amazing! She was waiting the bar, tables, and taking to-go orders yet still managed to give us excellent service and very friendly. Drinks specials wereawesome. Our food, from the appetizer, salads, entree and delicious red velvet cake?everything was delicious!!! Highly recommendClemson location! We will be back very soon!
I absolutely love Ruby Tuesday, especially the location in Clemson! They have the best salad bar and excellent service. My favorite server is Briana; she's always eager to help with anything I need and genuinely cares about her customers, which really enhances the dining experience. I highly recommend this place!
I had ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with a medium-well beef patty and some fries to go along with it. The meal was delicious. And also a special thanks to Alyssa for serving us so wonderfully. She went out of her way to bring me some Louisiana Hot Sauce justbecause I told her that I enjoy spicy food. Would definitely visit again.

The staff were friendly, and the food was enjoyable. However, instead of bringing cash for the bill, be sure to bring your credit card—it's definitely necessary!
Thoroughly impressed with server David tonight! He handled three kids and many adults with humor and expertise!
Delicious salad..waitress was awesome. .they do not have the rolls..but the crackers at salad bar was delicious

The meal was okay. The vegetables were overcooked, but the mashed potatoes were delicious.
The Country-Style Ribs were disappointing, as they were tough and almost tasted like cooked bologna. I couldn't eat them at all. On the other hand, the Full-Rack Baby-Back Ribs were delicious.
I thought the Crab Cake Dinner was disappointing in terms of flavor. On the other hand, the Crab Dip was quite good, and the accompanying chips paired well with it. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes fell short—I wouldn’t even give them to my dogs.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash. The food was good and fresh overall, but I do have one complaint: the fish didn’t taste fresh. I suspect they used frozen, pre-breaded fish fillets. If I wanted grocery store quality, I would have just gone to the freezer aisle at my local supermarket.
The burgers were cold and dry. The tomato soup was tasty, but there were only about 5-6 spoonfuls, which was disappointing as I expected more.

Today's visit was great! Alyssa was out server and she was so great. Friendly, professional, and curious. She has a great attitude.Food was again great, wife had steak bake potatoe and salad. The Saturday are always great!I had the promo, smash burger, tater tots and salad. Great desk and did was great!
Alyssa was amazing! She was very attentive and quick to respond to our requests for extra napkins, additional sauces, and more.
Food was cold, wasn't told about substitutions until they brought the prepared food out. Recipes were missing ingredients and not cooked to correct Temps. Cups had lipstick on them and whole place was empty and very dated.

The management at this restaurant is absolutely terrible, and I will never return. The servers were also responsible for cooking the food, which was concerning. Additionally, the portions were incredibly small, and the salad was disappointing.

Behaves to the staff here to work so hard, despite abortion. Our server had to take care of so many tables, hosts, food running and more. And she had a great attitude all the time. The food took a while because of the short staff, but the ribs lubricated amazingly. literally fall off the bone.
Eating is good, the service was okay, a little slow. You were out of a few things we wanted, so it wasn't great. I'm going back. We sat pretty fast and it was a good experience overall. Not great

I ordered the chicken tenders meal. My wife ordered the chicken asiago. Her chicken was very good. Had a good taste. My chicken tenders we're not so tender. Obviously they are some Frozen hard chunk chicken. These did not even come close to the picture on the menu. as you'll see in the pictures. Sent them back and ordered some baby back ribs.The ribs were over cooked. Our waitress has not been too friendly. Plus we were the only people in the restaurant. So it wasn't like they were busy and just overcooked the stuff.
Don't waste your time, and especially don't waste your money. Within the last month or so this place has gone down dramatically. The most recent manager berates both customers and wait staff I was embarrassed for those workers who were only trying to help. This new manager (on duty 06/19/2022) needs to be released and replaced with someone with manners, a sense of leadership, intellect, and someone of character. Don't waste your time with this place.
