I will not be back to Ruby Tuesdays. An hour and 20 minutes is unacceptable!

She waited for the bar, tables and taking orders, which still managed to give us excellent service and very friendly. Beverage specialities were great. Our food, from the appetizer, salads, entree and delicious red velvet cake? everything was delicious!!! Very recommended Clemson location! We'll be back soon!

The most recent manager berates both customers and wait staff I was embarrassed for those workers who were only trying to help. This new manager (on duty 06/19/2022) needs to be released and replaced with someone with manners, a sense of leadership, intellect, and someone of character. Don't waste your time with this place.

She was fantastic—my drink was co... read more I don't eat out often, but I recently visited Ruby Tuesday, and I had an excellent experience thanks to my waitress, Danielle. She was fantastic—my drink was constantly refilled, and she checked in on me regularly to ensure I was doing okay. The manager, Mike, also impressed me; he seemed like a really great guy, especially in the way he treated his employees during my short visit. I definitely plan to dine there more often! Thank you, Danielle and Mike, for providing such a wonderful dining experience. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!
