The man I spoke to was rude during my first call, and the... read more I've ordered from this restaurant twice in the past month, and both times I had a negative experience. The man I spoke to was rude during my first call, and the woman I spoke to on my second call was equally unkind. The food isn't what it used to be, but the really disappointing part is the attitude of the staff answering the phone. If you're not happy in your job, perhaps it's time to consider a change.

The food remains outstanding, and the service is consistently excellent. Tonight, Ethan was our server, and he was exceptionally friendly. He checked on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our visit all the more pleasant. It's refreshing to enjoy such great service while dining. However, during my recent visits, I've noticed that he's become a bit short-tempered. I've also witnessed him being disrespectful towards his only waitress and making jokes at the expense of the kitchen staff. On a positive note, Jennifer and her son were the best waitstaff I've ever encountered there—great job, Jennifer! It's unreasonable to expect her to handle phone calls, serve customers at the register, and wait on tables all at once. I wouldn't want to do that either. As a boss or owner, you should set a positive example for your team instead of participating in the denigration of others.
