The place is usually clean but have experienced messy tables and the staff is too busy to notice the cleanliness issue.Kid-friendliness: My son likes it but missing a playground zone.

I've always encountered polite staff who handle my payments efficiently. The drink portions are enormous, but I wish they wouldn't hand me my drink while I'm trying to pay! Overall, the experience is pretty much what you would expect from a chain restaurant in a college town.
