Fries tasted oily, liked fried with old oil.They messed up our order both times we were here. Would definitely avoid it, plenty of other places specially for the price.

I had not been to Wendy's in quite a while. I had received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. The people were extremely nice and I had a very... read more I had not been to Wendy's in quite a while. I had received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. The people were extremely nice and I had a very pleasant experience placing the order. I ordered one of the meals from the coupon and itbrought me back to a Time 40 years ago when I used to eat there a lot as a high school student. I don't know why I had stoppedgoing but I think I will add it back to at least a bi-monthly treat.

The manager was rude not only to the customers but also to the employees. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for decent service.

When I finally received my food, everything was cold. The bun of my cheeseburger was hard as a rock. It felt like they just let leftover food sit overnight and served it the next day. I won't be coming back to this place, which is disappointing because it's so close to my home and Wendy's usually has decent food.

While the food was hot and tasted good, the slow pace has been a consistent issue for months, and they might be understaffed. Both Wendy's locations in Clemmons seem to suffer from this problem. If you live in the area, I recommend avoiding the drive-thru at the 421 or Jonestown Road locations. Once you're in line, it's difficult to get out due to the concrete median that traps you.
