2520 Tavern. - Clemmons

Needless to say we had a birthday party there on Sunday. The services started off well and then quickly changed. 5 adults and 3 children and when I ordered a kids meal and ask if there was anyway I could get fries instead of fruit the witness said she will check. 3 out of 8 meals were not very good. Time for the checks now. My family spent over $150 dollars and we were charged $4 extra for fries that the witness never told us which would of been ok if we were let knew after asking first. And we had 3 different checks and they add gratitude to each separate order even on the appetizers. Our table spent almost $300 on food and service that was not great at all. We are group of friends that go out every Sunday sadly we will not return to this restaurant. Lastly 2 of adults were sick after leaving the restaurant and I myself has food poisoning. We will not return back!!

I’ve eaten here many times and recently held a 60th birthday party for my wife in their large room. The event went wonderfully. The food was great and the wait staff was friendly and welcoming with my group. I’ve never been disappointed in the food or service at 2520. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants.
