This restaurant has the sweetest most welcoming staff. Jimmy, Jesse, Amber, Brinley and Annika yall are wonderful! My favoring on the menu is the southwest salad with shrimp. If you ever have the opportunity to stop in you absolutely should. I also highly recommend getting a drink from Jacob the bartender!! View all feedback.
What Amber M doesn't like about The Town Hall Grill:
We’d been here once and enjoyed ourselves so we returned. This second time wasn’t so great. It was blisteringly obvious the waitress did not want to help us and we just sat there awkwardly while she helped people that were seated after us with cheerfulness. I was so sad sitting there with my family feeling unwanted and unwelcome. The food is good. No complaints there but I won’t spend money where I’m not welcome. View all feedback.
We come here often out of conveniency and good quality food but the service and lack of consistency leaves us hesitant to return. We usually order pickup since we have a baby and there have been multiple occasions where our order was messed up. There was a time I had asked for no sauce on my sandwich, it even said it on the ticket that they staple to the bag, but when I opened it at home there was sauce. My husband brought my food back and asked for a new one but they said they would have to charge him again and the girl claimed she hadn’t spoken to me but I remembered her name so she was lying for no reason. He paid but then it hit him that he should not have to pay for a whole new sandwich so he asked to speak with a manager. They ended up giving us a new sandwich and returning what my husband had paid additionally. But it was frustrating and unprofessional, plus his food was cold when he got home. Just a bad experience. We picked up food from there last night and my fries were cold when we got home and we live less than five minutes away. My husband and I usually get the same sandwiches every time the Tar Heel Burger and a grilled chicken sandwich and they taste different each time the last few times. We also got a side of ranch which we don’t think was ranch. My husband said it was sweet and tasted like cinnamon. I didn’t want to try the mystery sauce but it definitely smelled and looked like cinnamon. Lastly, their fries used to be super crispy and taste beer battered, absolutely delicious, not anymore though ? sweet potato fries are great when they’re not cold. I would like to add the the staff is always friendly and service is quick but the lack of consistency and communication drowns it out.
Great food and service! Our favs are Black Bean and California burger.

Great food, great service. Always a great choice. The burgers and the wings are my favorite. The pretzel bites and the deviled eggs are the best appetizers. The patio is awesome when the weather cooperates. Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. Booster seats and high chairs available. Good atmosphere for kiddos.
