Italian Pizzeria Iii - Clegg

Very good pizza. You can tell it's prepared by hand and by someone who knows what they are doing. Crispy, doesn't fall apart on you, and a very satisfying crunch. Top notch stuff.

Best pizza I've had in Chapel Hill. They offered suggestions when we weren't sure what to get. Was there during the final Copa America game and service was still incredibly fast.

First off I want to point out that I do not blame Italian Pizzeria for this review. I am writing this review to express my complete dissatisfaction with Grubhub. We ordered food last night and was notified that our food from Italian Pizzeria III would arrive between 8:51 PM and 9:06 PM. So we thought no big deal. I started watching the tracking of the delivery and I received notice that the food was on the way at 835 PM. We were like awesome. We thought that we would have hot food sooner than we thought because we are minutes from the business. While watching the tracking it became apparent that the delivery driver was not coming our way. He proceeded to drive around miles away from us stopping to pickup orders deliver them and go get another. All the while our food was getting cold and soggy. The food arrived at 918 PM, which meant that our food sat in a vehicle for 43 minutes getting cold. I asked the driver if the food was cold and he said no it was still warm . Well It wasn’t warm, it was cold. Very disappointing! Cold and soggy pizza. I am sure the food would have been wonderful but 43 minutes sitting in an air conditioned vehicle ruined the food. I think paying $80 for soggy cold pizza is unacceptable. There are to many other food delivery options. I notified Grubhub immediately and was offered a $7 credit on an $80 order.

This place is awesome. Amazing customer service and atmosphere. Great food.

I wish there were negative stars so that i could. properly describe this absolute garbage pizza. I do not know what in the hell everybody else talking bout Get you a Digiorno amigo. They could not pay me to eat this again- My dog didn't like it either Had to drink two sodas to erase the memory of a half a piece of this abomination. Don't do it ?
