Kfc - Cleburne

Went thru the drive thru about 9pm and ordered 12 piece tender meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. Guy at the window asks me to wait up front and he will bring it out. He brought everything out minus the come slaw. Don't fall for the okey doke. Next time I'm gonna wait right there at the window, so I can checky order. As a customer, you try to be nice, but if there is nobody behind you, why the hell are theySki g you to pull up front. Just to put you at ease, so they can screw up your order? Fat chance that will happen again. Then when you try to call several times they don't answer the phone because they're all trying to go home. Maybe I'll have better chance reaching Corporate tomorrow.

The service at this place is totally phenomenal. All of the staff are really kind, food is always good! I watched a lady come in tonight and cuss out the manager and the staff for no good reason. The manager was so kind and sweet the whole time. I really don't understand why people feel the need to treat other people so crappy. Please be kind to people. My wife and I intervened and asked her to leave.

Ordered a eight-piece family meal they screwed up the order got it back to the house my son was eating a chicken leg which he found a hair in the batter. When I tried to call the phone just rings no answer. Not very happy with cleburne Texas KFC.
