Description

Dining at this restaurant has proven to be a mixed bag, where enjoyable service and ambiance clash with disappointing cuisine. While the atmosphere generally receives high marks, patrons overwhelmingly criticize the food's quality, often finding it bland and unappetizing. Service is noted as a redeeming factor, but encounters have shown inconsistency regarding order fulfillment and responsiveness to complaints. With average spending between $30 and $100 per person, many diners express frustration over value, leaving them hesitant to return. Overall, the establishment must focus on improving the culinary experience to match its promising service and setting.

I had dinner at this restaurant and would rate the food 3 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere 3 out of 5.

Hard pass. Pizza is crushed when ordering delivery, don 't bother asking for ranch because you won 't get it. The fettuccine Alfredo was old and soggy. The pasta doesn 't come with breadsticks. What a waste of money. Noticed they responded to another bad review by saying Sorry that happened, We are working on making improvements. I guess they are still working on those improvements. We went after a funeral, about 25 of us. The bread was cold and hard, they had no lettuce so...no salads, which come with the meal, there was no adjustment or substitutions for that and the food was very unimpressive. It was bland, lacked flavor and was comparable to canned pasta. I'm not one to complain or post negative reviews but not 1 of us in our party was satisfied. We won't return. They were out of eggplant, lasagna, calamari, and they didn€™t do the gluten free pizza that was on the menu. The shrimp scampi had four pieces of shrimp and the noodles were not seasoned. The server was trying very hard and there was nothing wrong with her. She was quite pleasant. Not coming back here. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I say this sadly as I’ve been coming here since it was Joes, run by Benny. While my families ziti and kids spaghetti were up to par, my shrimp alfredo both smelled and tasted terrible. I had a couple bites of pasta before just giving up on it. And it takes a lot for me to not eat food. Service also left a lot to be desired, despite only 4-5 tables having guests, we were not seen by our waitress for 20 minutes at a time. Unfortunately between the food being inedible, the slow service, and the peak my wife got at a kitchen that appeared unsanitary, this will probably be our last venture to a place ive gone for 25 years
