My boyfriend stopped off and got me some chicken soup from here since I've been under the weather. I took about 3 or 4 bites and felt a hair in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was several strands knotted together. I can tell you that it was not minebecause it was black hair and I have brown. I immediately spit it out and it made my stomach churn. I did take a photo but itwill not let me upload for some reason. View all feedback.

OMGosh! Always great consistent food service. A little unorthodox drive-thru but it adds a little adventure/fun to the trip. I go often and will continue to do so. Thank you for coming to Cleburne!
Why does every fry ordered from Chick-fil-a turn out limp,cold. Years ago I worked at a Chick-fil-A, and we never,never severed cold limp fries. Maybe it's for the elderly community. That's how fries are served in nursing homes. Why can you go anywhereelse an get hot crisp fries?
Terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. Dirty tables everywhere, garbage cans didn?t have liners in them, and none of it was corrected while we were there (kids even played in the play area).
