We lived in the Caribbean for 6 years and never found anything to equal this. We have lived in New York for nearly 2 years and have been to many authentic Thai restaurants, where the Thai people here go. However, NONE of them come close to Wasatch Wok in Clearfield, UT (formerly Five Star in Roy. There is still a Five Star in Roy but different chef. And believe me, it is the chef you want to follow, not the building or name!
