Only... read more Ordered a pre-paid pickup order, they confirmed on UberEATS that the order is ready for pickup. When I arrived, they said sorry we don't have your order!!! Only vegetarian option on menu and that too not available!! Highly disappointed!! Is it too much toask??? Then why did u accept my order, show it's completed and then deny it!!! I wish I can give a 0 rating.

They were out of onions and had to... read more Tried to order a teriyaki foot long an hour and a half before closing. Was told that they were out of steak. Ordered turkey. They were out of onions and had to go search for mayonnaise. Then my daughter was referred to as a they and she is clearly agirl, followed by a chuckle when my wife was clearly confused. Not impressed!!

The poor staff working was trying but had ZERO knowledge of what they were doing. They asked me if I know what?s on aclub!! Management should be ashamed and the brand should be concerned.
