What User doesn't like about Scotto's Pizza:
I usually love the pizza, but this time I went in and it was VERY BAD!! I WOULDN'T there was a star if it wasn't for the girl who was kind to take my order, but the two guys were good they were over the top EVU! Didn't even say hello! This place is great! It's an old pizza. Nothing beautiful, but they get it done and the food is incredibly cheap! I'm absolutely back when I meet Pennsylvania again! View all feedback.
