Maverik Adventure's First Stop

Today I had stopped by just to put gas in. I noticed an elderly woman at the pump next to me and she had been saying that she had either locked her keys in her car or dropped them some where. One of the guys from behind the counter came out and helped her find her keys, helped her pump her gas, showed her how to use a debit card reader at the pump and waved good bye as she pulled off. (I know what ur thinking. Why didn't I help? It's because I was floored by how helpful, kind and caring this Maverick employee was. I don't know the process they use to hire or if this was just a really nice guy but it's very comforting to know that great service isn't dead. Thanks

Used to regularly come here before work (I changed jobs). Easy to get into and out of location. Staff is friendly and personable. If you?re a regular they get to know you and make small talk with you. I miss my daily stops here!

The staff here are fantastic and the store is always well kept. The reason for my 3 stars is the hot food. I visit this store most work mornings, always with the intent to grab breakfast, just like today. We went in for biscuits and gravy or a breakfast sandwich on a croissant, but they didn't make any of either. I'm also a huge fan of the tornados/tequitos, but the Maverick's like to take theirs off the cooker and put them in bags under the warmer which make them pretty gross. So... 7/11 is opening down the block. Their tornadoes are always on point, we'll see how their breakfasts do.

I go here most days before work and I always have a good experience. The two women who work there in the morning are always nice and seem to remember me, which I find refreshing. I?ve noticed that it?s not just me.. They treat everyone with kindness. Also, there is a gentleman with a pretty awesome beard who works later in the day, he is also very nice!
