This is the first time probably since COVID that I did an order not online rather in person. I went in at 2pm. I ordered slice and stix without pepperoni, 2 litters of soda, and 2 gift cards $5 and $10).The total was a little higher than expected when I reviewed the receipt and informed them hey there is an extra charge of $7 on my receipt for ebm. The person told me it's $1 more for extra cheese. I didn't want extra cheese and why would it be $7. Turned out they ordered 2 pizzas. An incorrect slice and stix with pepperoni ? and an extra cheese pizza? At this point it was already 15-20min asked what they had ready hoping for cheese and cheese sticks at this point. They only had my original order ready. So waited another 15 minutes for my order. When I got home finally no sauce!! ?The other issue was the $10 gift card tried to tell me it didn't go through and I said nevermind and he tossed my card. Only to check my account and see it did go through. So now Im out $10.At this point they seriously should of just gave me the cheese pizza they had ready and cheese sticks rather than waiting.I'm sure this is there first job, but they could of verified the order and made sure it was correct. It was such an uncomplicated order.I'll never go to this location or in person again.

I've changed my review to one star. I went in on valentine's day and was told they didn't do hot and ready cheese pizza anymore. Then she told me my total was going to be 25.40 for a cheese pizza, crazy combo and a 2 liter. At that price I felt it was a rip off for a plain cheese pizza.
