Arby's - Clearfield

It's an Arby's. Pretty clean. Nice people. Good area for a quick stop off the Intertate 80.

I've been craving the turkey gyro but it wasn't on the menu and other times I went in they said they couldn't do that. Today I came in and saw Bev (the manager) working and knew she could get me a turkey gyro. She showed the guy at the cash register how to order a turkey gyro and it was excellent! My daughter wasn't with us this time but she loves to hear Bev's voice when she comes in (my daughter is legally blind).

This is an above average Arby's restaurant. It has a nice dinning area, although it wasn't particularly clean. It had clean bathrooms and the food was very good for an Arby's. The service was not super fast but it was also quite busy while I was there. If you are coming from I-80, it is in a very convenient location.

I made a huge mistake COMPLETELY my fault while attempting an online order. I put in my order for THIS location which was 6 HOURS away from where I was ?‍ The app only offers assistance by providing a location's direct number. I called, explained my blunder and the woman who answered was more than understanding, went out of her way to get ahold of her supervisor and did what they needed to do to get me a refund! She even followed up and called me to let me know they had gotten it fixed for me! Amazing customer service here!

Actually compared to every other fast food joint in Clearfield Pennsylvania this 1 Actually nice. Food good everything. Sometimes customer service could be way better.
