As vegetarians, we requested that the staff change their glove... read more I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the Subway in Seven Oaks Mall. As vegetarians, we requested that the staff change their gloves when preparing our food, but they seemed displeased with our request. When I mentioned that it was okay for my daughter to have an egg in her sub, I noticed them smiling and exchanging comments with each other. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate in front of customers. Ultimately, it should be the customer's choice regarding their meal, and I found their service to be lacking. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this location. Meal type: Lunch.
